Program
- The course is designed to build solid and complete foundations: from the correct use of equipment to fundamental rope manoeuvres, through to the development of climbing technique. The goal is to make participants independent in managing single-pitch sport climbing outings, both at the crag and on artificial climbing walls.
- The course combines a strong focus on safety with the improvement of technique and quality of movement on the wall. Moving consciously not only increases safety, but also helps improve performance and enjoyment while climbing.

The course consists of six lessons. The first takes place in Preore, at the Croz de le Niere climbing wall. The following lessons take place at the main crags of the Valle del Sarca and the Giudicarie, choosing each time the most suitable area according to conditions and the goals of the group.
Times: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, every Tuesday and Thursday.
