After receiving the technical equipment and changing into wetsuit and helmet, a short walk leads to the entrance of the route.<\/li>\n<li>Before setting off, there will be an introductory technical briefing to learn the basics of progression and the safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>The descent follows the beautiful Gola del Limar\u00f2, between river crossings, water sections and passages on rock, all the way to the exit near Sarche, where the valley opens into a wide panoramic view.<\/li>\n<li>Full version (full day) \u2013 For those who want a more complete and demanding experience, it is possible to follow the full version of the itinerary, with around 6 hours in the water.
