Pisgana and Pisganino are two simply epic tours, the first a sort of big brother of the other, longer, technical and wild, the second more docile but certainly no less exciting. Two thousand six hundred meters of total descent, two thirds of which on adventure terrain, compared to five hundred uphill with skins. A grandiose and wild scenario in the heart of the Adamello glacier, the largest by extension in the Italian Alps. Access at high altitude and return to the starting point with cable car, from Passo Tonale to Passo Presena and from Ponte di Legno to Passo Tonale.
What to bring: layered clothing, gloves, helmet, mask, backpack with energy bars and hot drink, freeride equipment. Mandatory self-help kit (artva, shovel and probe). NB: this tour requires compatible skins, bindings and boots for the climb.
The fee includes: UIAGM mountain guide service, insurance, souvenir photo. Possible rental of a self-help set for €12 and equipment for €40.
