Madonna di Campiglio offers a vast ski area with various opportunities for freeriding. Off-piste descents that wind through woods, clearings and canals close to the slopes, alongside more technical and challenging lines that move away from the urban context to enter adventure terrain. Hidden corners of uncontaminated nature, wide and gentle slopes for wide and fast curves, narrow channels and steep slopes for closed curves and adrenaline-filled descents. In the presence of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello-Presanella group, with a view that sweeps between towers and bell towers, majestic peaks, glaciers and snow-capped plateaus.
What to bring: layered clothing, gloves, helmet, mask, backpack with energy bars and hot drink, freeride equipment. Mandatory self-help kit (artva, shovel and probe). Location: Madonna di Campiglio. Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm.
The fee includes: UIAGM mountain guide service, insurance, souvenir photo. Possible rental of a self-help set for €12 and equipment for €40.
