If you are attracted to off-piste skiing, this is the right course you are looking for. And it matters little whether they are off-piste lines a few steps from the slopes or immaculate slopes and canals in wild and uncontaminated environments. Fun and adrenaline, attention and awareness go hand in hand: the real priority is to always be in ON mode.
Sensitivity and adaptation to different types of snow, descent behavior and tactics, risk assessment and management, ascent technique with skins and self-rescue, all necessary elements to make the most of your potential and be able to choose your lines, directly from the lifts ascent or with short trips for privileged access.
What to bring: layered clothing, gloves, helmet, mask, backpack with energy bars and hot drink, freeride equipment. Mandatory self-help kit (artva, shovel and probe). Location: Madonna di Campiglio and Passo Tonale. Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm. Required skills: good technical level on slope skiing - red slopes with ease or black slopes - alongside good physical shape.
The fee includes: UIAGM mountain guide service, insurance, souvenir photo. Possible rental of self-help set €12 and equipment €40.
